Only moderating?
Hiding is free on every plan, so your automation count barely moves. Base hides by keyword: spam, link drops, words you choose. Pro adds sentiment, which tells hostile swearing from happy swearing. Rules clear the routine comments around the clock, nights, weekends and floods included, and anything they don’t match lands in Needs you.

Every Pro feature: sentiment and intent rules, 5 seats for your team, the knowledge base and webhooks. On day 10, or at 700 automations, your rules pause and nothing is charged. Your rules, replies and results stay where they are. Choose a plan and they start again. Extra usage is not available during the trial.
Pricing questions.
Do answers I send myself count?
No. Anything a person on your team sends, hides or approves by hand is free. Automations are only what a rule sends for you, plus AI drafts.
What if we go over our automations?
Your rules pause at your allowance and everything else keeps working: comments still arrive, hiding by hand still works. If you would rather your rules keep going, your billing owner can switch on extra usage with a monthly cap. It is off until they do.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Seats come with the plan: 1 on Base, 5 on Pro, 15 on Premium. Need more than 15? Talk to us.
Can I see what each reply earned?
Yes, on every plan. A reply can carry a tracked cmtly.com link, and each reply shows the clicks it earned, whatever you sell and wherever you sell it. How we count a click.
Can I change plan or billing period later?
