Brands work hard for their comments, then leave them to spam and to questions nobody has time to answer. Under almost every post, and in the DMs, there's someone worth talking to: a customer asking about price, a follower upset about a late delivery. And, sadly, an account promising $5k a week. All of it waits for someone with the time to read it.

Some brands sell from every post. Plenty have no store or ad budget, and just want the scams gone and the questions answered. Agencies face the same queue for every client, so each client gets its own workspace under one login, with team seats included in the plan. Either way, the comments need the same two things: kept clean, and answered.

Social Tools does three things, and shows its work on each.

  1. It keeps comments clean.

This is comment moderation by rules you write. They hide spam, scams and abuse as they land, and send the ones that need a person, the angry customer and the missing order, to you.

  2. It answers.

You write a rule as one plain sentence, and it answers the questions people ask, with a link when there is one. Every reply's link is its own, so you see its clicks.

  3. It does not guess.

Every number is something we measured. We do not model, estimate or share out results. If we cannot show it, it is not in your number, and you can check every line of it. Every decision is logged too: which rule, on which comment, and when.

We use AI where it helps, and keep it out of the decisions. It reads the tone of a comment and what's being asked, so your rules can act on it, and it can write a reply from the pages of your own site. A rule you wrote still decides what happens, and any AI reply that doesn't pass our safety check waits for a person to approve it.

Two promises

You watch a rule before it acts. Any rule can run in watch mode, and the starters, like “Hide spam and abuse”, begin there. It shows you what it would have done, on your real comments, before it posts anything.

You pay for what it sends, not for what it reads. Hiding spam costs nothing, at any volume. Neither does a reply you write and send yourself.

If you try it and something is wrong, or missing, I want to hear about it: [email protected].
