Will it post anything without me?
Only what you switch live. A rule in watch mode sends nothing, and the starters you pick at sign-up begin there. You can also hold a rule’s replies for approval, so each one waits for you to approve or edit it.
Can I use it only to moderate?
Yes. Hiding spam, scams and abuse is free on every plan, and you never have to connect a store or an ad account. Answers and DMs are there when you want them.
What counts as an automation?
One reply, private reply, DM or like that a rule sends, or one AI draft. Hiding and deleting are free, and so is anything you send yourself. Reading comments and DMs never counts.
Do I need a store?
No. Social Tools works for brands with a store on any platform or none, software companies, creators and the agencies that run them. Every answer shows the clicks its own link earned.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 10, or at 700 automations, your rules pause. We never took a card, so nothing is charged. Your rules, replies and results stay where they are. Choose a plan and the rules start again.
What do you read, and can I leave?
Comments and DMs on the accounts you choose, and nothing on the ones you leave out. Disconnect any account from Connections whenever you like, and ask us to delete your data. How data deletion works.
Will the replies sound like us?
They are your words. Write saved replies in your own voice, or let AI draft one from them and approve it before it goes.
